Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Creative flair and ability to develop new recipes while respecting culinary traditions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
